What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available; just text us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How does check-in work?
We offer contactless self check-in. Your room access code is texted to you on the day of arrival.
Is parking available?
Complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests. Oversized vehicle space can be arranged upon request.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Fresh towels, amenities, or garbage pickup can be provided anytime.
Is breakfast included?
We partner with Golden Bakery & Deli for breakfast delivery. Coffee, pastries, and breakfast items can be delivered to your room each morning.
How close are you to restaurants and shops?
Rooms at Riveredge is located downtown along the Kicking Horse River, within walking distance of restaurants, brewery, cafés, shops, and the pedestrian bridge.
How far is Kicking Horse Mountain Resort?
It’s approximately a 15-minute drive.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
All rooms include Wi-Fi, TV, mini fridge, coffee/tea station, and temperature control. Some rooms offer balconies or river views.
Are pets allowed?
We offer a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. A nightly pet fee applies. Please let us know in advance.
Is there a damage deposit?
A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival and released automatically after check-out.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer three rate types:
Advance Purchase (non-refundable)
Semi-Flexible (72-hour cancellation)
Flexible (48-hour cancellation)
Cancellation windows are based on 4:00 pm on your arrival date.
Do you offer accessible rooms?
Some rooms are located on the main floor. If you require step-free access, let us know and we’ll confirm availability.

Digital Wallet Key
General Questions:
What is a digital room key in your wallet?
A Wallet key allows you to store your digital room key so you can unlock doors using your phone or a compatible smartwatch.
How can I tell if I can use a Wallet key?
If your device is compatible with Wallet keys, you will see an Add to Wallet button at the end of your online check-in.
I am not able to add my digital room key to Wallet. What should I do?
on’t worry, you can always check in at the front desk when you arrive at the hotel, either in person or at our check-in kiosk.
If needed, you can also ask for assistance!
Can I use a digital room key and a physical hotel key card at the same time?
Yes, you can use both.
What if I have multiple stays at a hotel?
If you book multiple rooms on the same date, the Wallet key is only activated for the room you are assigned to. If you book a room on multiple dates, a different Wallet key is activated for each stay. Each key is only active for your current stay after you complete your online check-in.

What happens to my digital room key in Google Wallet if I lose my Android phone?
If your Android phone is misplaced or lost, you should use the Find My Device app to remotely delete/wipe a lost device. Find, secure, or erase a lost Android device - Google Account Help.
