your safety and comfort is paramount
What to expect during your stay:
Contactless (Mobile) Check-In
Upon booking, guests will receive a confirmation of booking as well as guest registration card which will need to be completed before arrival. A welcome package, which will include all check-in details, will be provided once the guest registration card is completed and forwarded back to our guest services.
Common Area (Hallway)
Extra steps have been taken to ensure that the common hallway is cleaned regularly, however, we would encourage guests use their private patio entrance, whenever possible.
To reduce contacts between staff and our guests, we currently offer full house keeping services to guests every 3rd day of their stay, or as requested by the guest.
British Columbia's Restart Plan

proof of vaccination is not required for hotel guests, however guests are required to wear masks in common areas/hallways.
National Parks are continuing to welcome guests, but may have limited access and/or services.
